En chans att synas – Måla profilbilden till ECWS2028!
Nordiska Akvarellsällskapet är värd för den europeiska utställningen ECWS under hösten och vintern 2028-29. Alla medlemmar bjuds in att måla den bild som blir NAS signum för utställningen och symposierna. Målningen kommer att synas i reklam, på programblad och andra trycksaker.
Skicka én målning per medlem, 56x38cm eller 76x56cm i stående format. Målningen ska vara inspirerad av miljön runt Nordiska Akvarellmuseet i Skärhamn, Sverige (ill. undan). Målningen ska vidare vara utan signatur, konstnärens namn kommer dock att anges. Foto på målningen skickas till nasjury@gmail.com senast den 15 februari 2027.
Teknisk kvalitet:
Bilderne ska vara reproducerbara/lämpliga för tryck, jpg, 300 dpi, 2000 pixlar i bredden, 1-5 mB storlek och ska vara beskuren så att endast motivet återges. Var noga med korrekt färgåtergivning.
Deltagandet är utan avgift och öppet för alla NAS-medlemmar. Ett eller flera vinnande bidrag utses av NAS styrelse i samråd med Nordiska Akvarellmuseet. Samtliga målningar visas under våren 2027 i en digital utställning.
Genom att delta ger konstnären NAS rätt att utan kostnad använda målningen i samband med ECWS.

Here is your chance to paint the ECWS 2028 signature image!
In the autumn of 2028 The Nordic Watercolour Society (NAS) will host the European ECWS Festival. All members are invited to create a painting that will serve as a signature image for the whole event. The selected painting will be featured in printed matter and other promotional material.
Each member may submit one painting, 56x36cm or 76x56cm, portrait/vertical orientation. The work should be inspired by the environment surrounding the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn, Sweden (ill. below). The painting must be unsigned; however, the artist’s name will be credited appropriately.
Please send a photo file of the painting to nasjury@gmail.com no later than 15th February, 2027.
Technical specifications:
Images must be suitable for reproduction/printing: JPEG file, 300 dpi, 2000 pixels wide, 1–5 MB file size. The image should be cropped to show only the artwork itself. Please ensure accurate colour reproduction.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and open to all NAS members. One or more winning entries will be selected by the NAS board in collaboration with the Nordic Watercolour Museum. All submitted paintings will be showcased in a digital exhibition during the spring of 2027.
By participating, the artist grants NAS the right to use the painting, free of charge, for ECWS marketing purposes.
